Vasily Klyukin, a Russian architect living in Monaco, designed a cobra-shaped skyscraper, possibly to be built in an Asian city, perhaps in Middle East. It is called ‘Asian Cobra Tower’ and Klyukin’s staff are allowed to suppose it will have success, given that the Snake, in those Countries, is seen as a symbol of Wisdom. Speaking to the Daily Mail, the visionary architect, in the spotlight in the past too for some projects such as helicopter-jet-yachts, said: “In Japan telling someone that he is a snake means a compliment. In China snakes and dragons often mean the same”. We are able to add that

Si chiama ‘Asian Cobra Tower’e lo staff di Klyukin è autorizzato a supporre che avrà successo, dato che il serpente, in quei Paesi, è visto come simbolo di Saggezza. Parlando al Daily Mail, il visionario architetto, al centro dell’attenzione anche in passato per alcuni progetti come yacht con elicottero incorporato, ha detto: “In Giappone dire a qualcuno che è un serpente significa fargli un complimento. In Cina serpenti e draghi spesso significano la stessa cosa”. Siamo in grado di aggiungere che,
in Chinese astrology the Snake and the Dragon are brothers; in the Holy Bible it is written that “the serpent was more astute than all the animals” (Genesis 3:1); in Old Greek mythology, snakes were considered very wise as well because, crawling on the ground, they were in communication with the Kingdom of the Dead ones. All the beings born in the ground had the lower half of their body snake-sharped (Erittonius, Cecrops etc…). Moreover, an Italian singer, in the ‘80s, used to sing:
“The cobra is not a snake but a frequent thought that becomes obscene (…)”
(this is why the Italian title of the post). Coming back to the building, it will be furnished with changeable lights along the structure, and a diamond pattern on the back to reflect Ying and Yang. It will change colour during the day and the night and will have offices, apartments and restaurants.
Who knows? Perhaps not all the snakes come to harm…

Tornando alla costruzione, sarà dotata di luci mutevoli lungo la struttura e di una piattaforma di diamante nella parte posteriore, per riflettere lo Ying e lo Yang. Cambierà colore durante il giorno e la notte e avrà uffici, appartamenti e ristoranti.
Chissà… Forse non tutti i serpenti vengono per nuocere …
