The upcoming opening of European stock exchanges will be very interesting and no one needs to be especially well versed in finance to understand why. An Armageddon? A positive reaction, as opposed to what happened in these days?
Stock Exchanges aside, different thoughts passed through my mind, please get them as ended in themselves:
- People have the right to choose their own destiny.
- Too technical questions cannot be the object of a referendum.
- Lucidity is important.
- The difference between Yes and No was minimal and related to geographic areas and age groups.
- United Kingdom was not as united as one could imagine before.
- Is it really possibile that British economy is not able to recover?
- In hindsight, things could have gone better…
