Aggiornamento 18 aprile 2010; nell’ambito di un’intervista rilasciata a Luciana Morelli per MyMovies, Robert Englund ha dichiarato:
«The Vij è stato posticipato a data da destinarsi purtroppo. Ci sono vari problemi legali intorno al film che sto cercando di risolvere, visto che uno dei produttori si è tirato indietro. Ci credo ancora moltissimo nella possibilità di realizzarlo e gli attori che avevo contattato erano tutti molto entusiasti di questo film, Christopher Lee, Donald Sutherland, Amanda Plummer, Raoul Bova e io mi ero anche riservato un cammeo. I due ruoli nei due film non sono poi così tanto simili, vediamo cosa succederà, spero che questo progetto si possa realizzare perché mi piace molto l’idea di questo angelo oscuro e cattivo, l’opposto degli angeli veri, belli e candidi che vediamo di solito nei film, mi piace l’idea di un angelo che sia solo cattivo, un vero e proprio mostro.»
Pentedattilo è un delizioso centro della provincia di Reggio (click here for details). Nei prossimi mesi il regista – attore Robert Englund, che tutti ricordiamo nelle – ehm – “indimenticabili” vesti di Freddy Krueger, vi girerà un film ispirato a una novella di Gogol. Il titolo?

Pasquale Curatola holds degrees in Advertising studies and International Communication, alongside Master's degrees in Marketing & Brand Communication, Film & TV management, and Animated Films management.

As a manager, his 1st professional experience dates back to 1999 (Carat), though he likes to begin by telling of a letter he wrote at the age of 14 to Mediaset, offering his own strategic advice on schedules and programming.
In 2003, he joined Cinecittà Entertainment, a company closely related to Cinecittà Studios and Italian Dreams Factory, where he contributed to the realization of several events and shows broadcast by SKY Italia and other channels, including Sinners, Non aprite quella porta, and Sulle rotte del cinema.
In 2006, he worked on 'Santa Caterina', an animated short created by Mondo TV as a project work, and was involved in organizing I castelli animati as well as in the start-up phase of La città dell'animazione.
That same year, he also launched his activity as a blogger (Pasquale Curatola's Blog) and author, with works spanning from essays and non-fiction to fantasy and comedy-thrillers (attività letteraria).
His career also includes collaborations with news outlets and live shows for private channels, alongside PR experiences for high-profile clients such as AC Milan, Bank of New York, and Orange Business Services.
He is a dedicated blood and organ donor.
