“l’Autorità italiana proporrà nuove regole a tutela del diritto d’autore in Internet (molto fiscali) e sulle web-tv.
Le web-tv – nella bozza di regolamento in esame – sono gravate di una “tassa d’ingresso” alla loro nascita (pari a 1500 euro) mentre le web-radio ne pagherebbero 750. Peraltro le web-tv verrebbero equiparate alle emittenti televisive, quanto ad obblighi di legge.
Mentre i commissari di minoranza aprono anche questo fronte, battono un colpo Paolo Gentiloni (del Pd) e Vittorio Rao (Udc). “Ci auguriamo – scrivono i due parlamentari – che l’Autorità eviti di appesantire la Rete con regole limitative e velleitarie sul diritto d’autore. Non è accettabile che la tutela del copyright nell’era di Internet sia demandata a un semplice regolamento amministrativo, ispirato a una logica restrittiva, senza coinvolgere il Parlamento e senza un vero confronto pubblico. Non è giusto imporre alle Web Tv, ancora, una tassa assurdamente punitiva”.”

His career also includes collaborations with news outlets and live shows for private channels, alongside PR experiences for high-profile clients such as AC Milan, Bank of New York, and Orange Business Services. He is a dedicated blood and organ donor.
