La palma è sempre stata un simbolo positivo.
Alle origini del cristianesimo, per esempio, rappresentava la ricompensa celeste dei martiri (san Sebastiano ebbe doppia palma e doppia corona perché fu doppio il suo martirio).
La Palma d’oro di Cannes, riconoscimento forse più profano ma di prestigio professionale indiscutibile, è andata a un francese, ma il doppio trionfo che il nostro cinema ha ottenuto in terra di Francia è motivo d’orgoglio più che giustificato.

Era dal 1972, anno in cui “Il caso Mattei” e “La classe operaia va in paradiso” vinsero entrambi il premio della giuria, che il nostro Paese non otteneva così glorioso riscontro.

In 2003, he joined Cinecittà Entertainment, a company closely related to Cinecittà Studios and Italian Dreams Factory, where he contributed to the realization of several events and shows broadcast by SKY Italia and other channels, including Sinners, Non aprite quella porta, and Sulle rotte del cinema.
In 2006, he worked on 'Santa Caterina', an animated short created by Mondo TV as a project work, and was involved in organizing I castelli animati as well as in the start-up phase of La città dell'animazione.
That same year, he also launched his activity as a blogger (Pasquale Curatola's Blog) and author, with works spanning from essays and non-fiction to fantasy and comedy-thrillers (attività letteraria).
His career also includes collaborations with news outlets and live shows for private channels, alongside PR experiences for high-profile clients such as AC Milan, Bank of New York, and Orange Business Services.
He is a dedicated blood and organ donor.
