Non eravamo ancora riusciti a formulare gli auguri di buon lavoro a Manuela Cacciamani, amministratore delegato di Cinecittà in sostituzione del dimissionario Nicola Maccanico.
Dirigente tra le piú simpatiche, Manuela Cacciamani ha iniziato* a lavorare alle grandi produzioni cinematografiche americane in età ancor tenera, bazzicando su set quali ‘Gangs of New York’ di Martin Scorsese, ‘The Adventures of Steve Zissou’ di Wes Anderson, ‘Ocean’s Twelve’ di Stephen Soderbergh.
Prima di diventare produttrice, è stata direttrice di produzione per ‘Mary’ (2005), di Abel Ferrara.
Dopo uno stage presso la Miramax a New York, ha fondato (2006) la One More Pictures, casa di produzione cinematografica e audiovisiva, di cui è stata presidente e azionista fino a giugno 2024.
Sempre nel 2006 è entrata a far parte di VFX Factory “Direct2brain”, di cui è stata partner fino a giugno 2024.
Ha lavorato anche con Sky e Rai Cinema.
Dal 2021 a giugno 2024 è stata inoltre presidente in Anica, dell’Unione “Editori e Creators digitali”.
Come comunicato dal sottosegretario alla Cultura (Lucia Borgonzoni), alla presidenza di Cinecittà è saldamente confermata Chiara Sbarigia, attualmente alla guida di Apa.
Che poi, che bel nome, Manuela…

Pasquale Curatola holds degrees in Advertising studies and International Communication, alongside Master's degrees in Marketing & Brand Communication, Film & TV management, and Animated Films management. In 2006, he worked on 'Santa Caterina', an animated short created by Mondo TV as a project work, and was involved in organizing I castelli animati as well as in the start-up phase of La città dell'animazione. That same year, he also launched his activity as a blogger (Pasquale Curatola's Blog) and author, with works spanning from essays and non-fiction to fantasy and comedy-thrillers (attività letteraria). His career also includes collaborations with news outlets and live shows for private channels, alongside PR experiences for high-profile clients such as AC Milan, Bank of New York, and Orange Business Services. He is a dedicated blood and organ donor.
